About the show

Gane (10-1, fighting out of Vincennes, Île-de-France) has had a meteoric rise through the heavyweight division, spurred on by impressive victories over Derrick Lewis, Alexander Volkov and Junior Dos Santos. Most recently, Gane made history as he became the first French-born athlete to fight for the heavyweight championship against his former teammate, Francis Ngannou. Gane now intends to put on a show-stopping performance and set himself up for another shot at the title.

Thrilling striker and fan favourite Tuivasa (15-3, fighting out of Western Sydney, Australia) is coming off a sensational KO victory against former title challenger Derrick Lewis. Tuivasa’s last fight saw him enter enemy territory when he took on Lewis in his home state. Next up, Tai travels to Paris as he intends to continue his momentum up the heavyweight ladder.

Former UFC middleweight champion Whittaker (23-6, fighting out of Sydney, Australia) looks to continue his journey back into the title picture as he takes on Italy’s own Vettori. With a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Whittaker boasts wins over many middleweight contenders, including Jared Cannonier, Darren Till and Kelvin Gastelum. Earlier this year, he went the distance against UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, narrowly missing out on a victory. Whittaker will look to get back to his winning ways in Paris.

Vettori (18-4-1, fighting out of Mezzocorona, Italy) aims to start his 2022 campaign with a spectacular victory and make a statement with the biggest win of his UFC career. During his UFC run, he has delivered notable wins against Paulo Costa, Kevin Holland and Jack Hermansson. Vettori will look to set himself up for another go at the championship.
