About the artist
Harry Styles was born in Redditch, England, on 1 February 1994. In 2010, he took part in The X Factor radio competition in the group category with four other boys (Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson). The band, named One Direction, finished third in the competition and began to gain national popularity. From 2011 to 2015, Harry Styles appeared on all five of One Direction's albums and toured the world in ever larger venues. The band then took a break from performing so that they could work on their personal projects. Harry Styles released his first solo single, "Sign of the times", on 7 April 2017 followed by the album "Harry Styles". A true phenomenon, his concerts in France sold out within minutes in France. In 2017, the multi-talented artist also made his film debut as a soldier in Christopher Nolan's film "Dunkirk". In 2019, Harry Styles released his second solo album Fine Line, which quickly became an international success with the singles "Lights Up", "Watermelon Sugar" and "Treat People with Kindness". On 14 March 2021, he won a Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance with his song Watermelon Sugar.
